Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund. We will refund the purchase amount within 7 days of receiving the return.
What are the return requirements?
The following conditions apply to returning your purchase so we can process it as quickly as possible:
- The return shipment includes original packaging and enclosed return form
- All items are unwashed, undamaged and unworn
- All items are clean and complete
- All items are packed in their original and undamaged packaging
- All original labels and tags are still attached to all items.
What are the return instructions?
Returning to us is on your own expense. When returning the item by post we would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.
When creating your return shipment, please make sure you do not select delivery to a parcel shop or service point. Returns must be sent directly to our return address, as we are unable to collect parcels from parcel shops or service points.
Please take a photo of the return label on the box and keep your shipping receipt. This prevents possible confusion during the return process.

Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any products. To exchange a product, you need to return the items using the return form and place a new order in our webshop. This way you are sure the desired item is in stock.
Can I get a refund on my order?
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order, within 7 days after receipt.
